Embossing Roller

A specialised instrument called an embossing roller is used to produce raised or textured designs on materials such as leather, fabric, plastic, and paper. It is mostly composed of chrome-plated or high-strength steel and has important properties including accurate surface finishes, a long-lasting cylindrical body, and engraved patterns. Packaging, textile, automotive, and printing industries all depend on embossing rollers, which come in a range of sizes (standard 100-500 mm). To imprint designs, they use either hot or cold embossing processes. They are esential in the production of ornamental or practical designs due to their robustness, adaptability, and accuracy.
